With a focus on creating affordable access to higher education, the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) is the nation’s fourth largest guarantor of FFELP loans, the third largest student loan servicer, and the seventh largest student loan holder. PHEAA serves four million students through various programs, including grant and scholarship programs, parent loans, private loans and work-study programs.
